Brisbane is the third biggest city in Australia and the Capital of Queensland. It is our home town and where we started AirShare, so it is only normal that we should know of a few good things to do in and around this city! A HELICOPTER FLIGHT IS A GREAT WAY FOR PEOPLE TO EXPLORE A NEW CITY OR THEIR HOME CITY. IT COMBINES THE EXHILARATING ASPECTS OF A HELICOPTER FLIGHT WITH THE INCREDIBLE VIEWS OF THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
Brisbane is an absolutely stunning city, and it’s landscape is best appreciated from above. By chance, there are also some really cheap helicopter flights, so we think it’s a great way to celebrate a relationship without breaking the bank.
Starting from $69, you can even grab a flight to Mt Coot-tha and back. Although, for the best value, we recommend the CBD flight. Due to its wide variety of landmark views, this is by far the most popular Brisbane flight. You can even do a sunset flight.
This is an affordable way to have a nice night on the town. Start with a relaxed meal and drinks before getting on the ‘Famous 7 Wheel’ with plenty of great places to eat and drink in Southbank you are spoilt for choice.
AFTER DINNER TAKE A NICE STROLL THROUGH THE SOUTHBANK PARKLANDS AND ALONG THE BRISBANE RIVER T O THE BRISBANE WHEEL.
SPEND THE MORNING WITH SOME CHAMPAGNE IN HAND EXPLORING THE BRISBANE HINTERLAND AND THE GREAT DIVIDING RANGE. FINISH THE MORNING WITH THE INCLUDED GOURMET BREAKFAST.
This is a sensational way to relax up with the birds and the clouds. Spend the morning sailing through the air and taking in amazing views!
Jump on a scenic helicopter flight from Archerfield Airport to the gorgeous Sirromet winery. As a premium tour, this is a decadent and luxury activity to do in Brisbane.

An idea which is certainly not conventional, but pays off in spades is a skydive. Its something most people wont get the chance to do in their life and the views when doing it over Brisbane are some of the best!
Even though there are countless parks and spots for a picnic in Brisbane, these are our favourite. Close to the city with heaps of things happening around them they are sure to delight!
Brisbane Botanic Gardens: Surrounded by incredible flora and fauna, the Botanic Gardens is great for hanging out, and central enough to do something before or afterwards.
Southbank Picnic Areas: Southbank is awesome from woe-to-go. It has a handful of different spots to set up shop. But our favourite spot is at the River Quay in front of ‘The Jetty Restaurant.
Roma Street Parklands: Have a seat on one of the tables near the pond, or in front of the auditorium. There are a tonne of great spots to . If you’re lucky, there might be an event on at the Amphitheatre.
